I've used the service guys for years - after I bought an Acura I still go to the Honda guys for service. The same people have worked there for years, which says a lot, and they really couldn't be better in every way. I went in there recently and Brown knew me by name, did what he could to help me on the spot, and got me in asap to fix the problem (someone rear-ended me and messed up my tow wiring). Tom is also awesome and it's always great to see him. But really, I've never had a bad experience here.

Possibly the best service I have ever gotten from any car repair center. The customer service is awesome with tons of knowledge and they are great at keeping you updated on your repair. They are also extremely fair on assessing what "really" needs to be done!

We bought a used 2000 VW Passat and Vipul is the coolest to work with! He knew all about the car and we later found out that this model is a "classic". He followed up with phone calls after our purchase to provide additional information and check our satisfaction with it. We got a great deal and your dealership breaks the mold of high pressure sales, a welcomed relief!

I was exceedingly happy with the entire process when we bought our last vehicle from Fisher. That day, my wife and I just stopped in to see what you had, not thinking we would end up driving home with a new vehicle that day! But that's how impressed we were during our visit. Everyone treated us with respect and professionalism, and the high level of efficiency with our transaction was unpatrolled. Nowadays, it is very difficult to find any business that lives up to such high standards, and as business owners ourselves, we recognized this in your operation. I don't normally get excited about car dealerships. Really. I will say that there is something special about Fisher. I take my car in and they are so incredibly straight-forward, polite, and honest. It really is a pleasure to deal with these folks.

Amazing place with incredible service oriented associates! I'd especially like to recommend Tom in service and Mike the shuttle driver. Simply put, Fisher is the place to go if your expectation is sincere honesty and integrity. They should raise their prices! I would pay! Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Phil Robinson helped us in the used car department, and made the transaction like a birthday and Christmas rolled together. Phil was like your best friend or favorite uncle, giving us advice but never "selling" us a car. We were able to do much better than we had expected with a very fair trade-in on our old car and Phil was particularly helpful with suggestions on cars for people with bad backs. I've been recommending Fisher to all my friends, and Phil is the BEST.

I always have a great Service experience at Fisher Honda. Tom, Brownlow and the whole group are as reliable ,honest and professional as can be. Shuttle service and willingness to consult honestly is much appreciated. Great Shuttle service as well. WiFI, coffee and TV are nice amenities.

If you want a great car buying experience go to Fisher Automotive. They have the best used car selection period. The cars are detailed to perfection, and the pricing is more than competitive. Jeff Katz is your go to guy. He is very knowledgeable and will do everything possible to make your visit a great one. Jeff is able to deliver because of the great team behind him. You know that darn check engine light just keeps on coming on.....but in the back of my mind I heard Browns voice reminding me that it could very well be related to the ERG valve that involves the emissions. I knew there was a possibility It could come on again and I kept thinking maybe it’s telling me the oil is too low, all the while I was just avoiding the real problem.
Brownlow and Tom are always so nice to work with, they always tell me what the problem is/or could be and they work with me and let me vent sometimes. All in all I could never have asked for better service people to work with. I rate them 5 stars a piece.

I had our 2003 Impala serviced prior to leaving on vacation. Jason Norman was our service rep and he made sure that everything was done and in a timely manner. The service was excellent and they even replaced the air cleaner. We have been doing business with Fisher for over 13 years, bought 2 autos and have all three of our Chevrolets serviced there even though they are no longer a Chevrolet dealership. We would not take our autos any other place.

Fisher Honda - I have been taking both of our cars there for years. They are very honest and helpful. I have even asked for them to fix something that other places told me it needed to be done and they have turned my money away an told me it does not need repair. I love that they pick me up so I can avoid having to organize a ride with my husband. We love Hondas and love this service shop.

Great service department! Jason is great and goes through everything before-hand and afterwards. Routine oil changes and even the 15K maintenance are actually cheaper than at oil change franchises, and with none of the problems I often found after going to the franchise places. Nice waiting lounge to boot.

Working with the folks at Fisher Kia/Honda in Boulder was the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience in my life. We needed a good used car that would give us great fuel economy for longer commutes. I started on their website and found a car right away that fit the bill. I called the dealership and talked to Paul Frink in their sales department to schedule a test drive. He actually stayed late to accomodate us. Long story short, the car fit the bill for our needs and we agreed on a very fair price. From start to finish everyone we met was very friendly and helpful from our sales person Paul Frink, sales managers Justin Gasman and Scott and our finance guy Jonathan Fisher. Also, you will not find a cleaner dealership anywhere. The place is absolutely spotless! If you want the best car buy experience ever, give these guy a call.

I just had my car repaired by Fisher and was very pleased with the service all around. They were friendly, prompt, and made sure to communicate with me regarding the progress and status of my car. I was especially impressed with the shuttle service - convenient and friendly! My driver, Mike, graciously offered to bring me home and then also to CU campus which he knew was my final destination (even though I could have easily taken the bus and he was fulfilling his obligation by taking me home). He also came to pick me up when my repairs were complete and was there within minutes with a smile. Should I require future work on my vehicle, I will certainly take my car to Fisher and take advantage of the free shuttle service.

Harry was fantastic at getting my door fixed promptly. He called me to let me know what was causing the problem and what my options were for repair. The door was still acting up a few days after it was fixed and I called and brought the van back in for another look. He had the mechanics fix it while I waited. He was polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. I take all my cars to him and highly recommend the dealership for repairs.

Harry Snyder is always a helpful service rep. They tell you what is needed, what you can go without and what you may need in the future. The service is always prompt and pricing is fair, which is why I keep going back.

I just wanted to write about Mike the shuttle driver at Fisher Honda Kia in Boulder, CO. He has always been a reliable asset as the shuttle driver. He has picked us up in all sorts of weather, and has always gotten us to work or home on time. Thanks Mike for the lift!

Doc (Dennis) O'Connor was extremely helpful and made my car-buying experience relaxed and hassle-free. I needed my car ready 2 hours sooner than I had originally requested, and he had my paperwork and vehicle ready when I arrived. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable- I highly recommend Doc. I will definitely ask for Doc when looking for my next vehicle. You can't go wrong with Fisher Honda for buying or servicing your vehicle. This is a family-run business and they certainly make you feel like you're part of their family. There are no lies or high-pressure sales tactics here- only good value, good service and good people.

I just moved to Boulder and needed to have my car serviced after driving across country. With all the little things that have to done when moving, this one was quick and easy at Fisher Honda. I couldn't have been more pleased and the customer service was outstanding. I felt confident that my car had been given a good check-up and they even finished faster than estimated! To top it off the service was much more affordable than the DC area from which I moved. I will definitely go back.

Brownlow Townsend is our representative, however, all of the service reps treat each customer with the same respect and accommodation. I had a crisis with my car, then the tow truck...then to dealership.. I feared that I would be without my car for days... AND, I needed to pick up my children at two different locations at 2 different times. The courtesy shuttle was there to assist and after arranging accommodations for one child, my car was ready 1 hour early and I was able to pick up both children in a timely manner. This service department functions like clockwork, and they all work together. Excellent teamwork, excellent service. I Already recommended this company to a friend and her parents, both of which bought new Hondas.

I always feel that this is a firm that still believes in customer service. Not only is it a pleasant environment to wait in I like dealing with technicians who treat me as someone who can understand what they are telling me about what work needs to be done on my car. I echo the reviewer below who says they listen to what you are telling them and check out any potential problems. I always feel that they have made my drives safer after I have had my car serviced. Keep up the good work!

I have been working with Harry Snyder for four years now and I must say he is the best Service Advisor I have ever met. I have never felt more confident in the options that are provided each time I bring in my car. Thank you Harry for your attention to detail, wonderful attitude, and willingness to work with my schedule.
I have had my car serviced at Fisher for a few years and they are great. The car is always ready on time, the shuttle service to and from is prompt, they call if the find anything additional, and they explain the bill at the end step by step. Completely professional service department. Never feel like they are padding bills or adding on unnecessary repairs as I have sometimes felt at other places.

Buying a car in general is usually a somewhat painful experience with long waits, financial scrutiny, etc. HOWEVER buying a car through Doc O'Connor at Kia was virtually painless! He was more than helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our experience was so much more than buying a car. It was building a relationship. He treated us with great respect and worked with Glenn to find us an amazing deal on the 2008 Acura TL we wanted to purchase. He and Glenn both actually turned our experience into one of excitement. We will most definitely be referring them to our friends, and have no reservations about doing business with them again in the future. We can't thank you enough for getting us into this vehicle! Mike, the shuttle driver is great! He shows up on time and is so pleasant to chat with when he drives me to pick up my car! Today was the 3rd or 4th time I've used the service and I've always been happy with it!

Went in after the service light beeped at me and I got in fairly quickly. I wasn't aware they would be slammed so early on a weekday, so I took their courtesy shuttle home, worked for a while, and then was driven back to my car. Everything was in order, topped off and I was out in a flash. Lynda took care of getting things in order and getting the car serviced quickly and made sure I got what I needed. Tip-top.
