Our Service and Parts Departments are open Monday – Friday 7:30am – 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am – 4:00pm! We are 50% staffed each day to continue with the Governor’s direct orders of social distancing for the health of our customers and employees. Great question – we are offering several options; pickup and delivery (ask advisor for more details when scheduling your appointment), day/night early-bird drop-offs meaning you can park your car out front, fill out an early bird envelope (located in a black box at the center of our service drive doors) fill it out and drop it thru the service door slot that is available. Our service advisor team will take your order from there and will be in direct contact with you. Once completed we can do the payment transaction over the phone, have your vehicle parked upfront and place your invoice and keys in the vehicle. (our service advisor team will be happy to discuss in further detail when you are making your appointment)
We are nightly cleaning high traffic areas and sanitizing. Our team of advisors and technicians are daily sanitizing their desk/stall areas and phones. We continue to place plastic seat covers and floor covers in your vehicle but have now also added steering wheel covers. We are also applying a microbial sanitizing spray (Learn More Here) to your front driver’s side cabin area. We have cans of clean pens and used pens at each desk and the used pens are sanitized often. We have Clorox wipes available for you to use if they are needed, please ask a service employee for assistance.
At this time, we have suspended our shuttle service to continue with the governor’s social distancing order for the continued safety of our customers and staff. We also request that you limit “waiting” for your vehicle when you arrive for your appointment and make plans for someone to pick you up after dropping off your vehicle for service.
