Despite coming in the day prior and spending 2 hours to get our trade in appraised and financing paperwork 95% completed it still took another 2 hours the next day to get out the door. I went to the Acura dealership wanting to test drive a couple cars in search of the perfect one for me. Although Acura wasn’t the right fit, Franklin Suriani, the salesman that helped me was. He was informative, knowledgeable and had a great low pressure customer service ethic. If it had been the right car, he would have been a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend this dealership just on the excellent care from the service manager, Harry, that I received. He really helped answer my questions and resolve my issues in a way that I felt very heard and taken care of. That kind of service is not easy to come by. So because of my experience with Harry, I feel confident recommending this dealership to anyone.
