Experience at Fisher Honda, Boulder - Car shopping is not my favorite weekend activity. Recently bought a car at Fisher Honda. Was impressed that the Fisher sales staff didn't pounce the minute we stepped on the lot, giving my wife and I time to look around at options. Justin Kowatch finally approached us-- no hard sell (we would have looked elsewhere), effectively answered questions. We quickly zeroed in on a car that met our requirements, done within a couple of hours. Good experience.
My girlfriend and I have been looking to get another vehicle and Fisher was by far one of the friendliest places we stopped at. Jack was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision which is always nice!

Only test drove at this dealer. Was easy after a short wait. Sales associate helped with potential other options after test drive. Didn't feel much pressure, but did have a conversation to learn what we were looking for.
My new car was held up for need of a replacement for a defective air bag. Fisher was told by Kia that it could take a month to get one, but with pressure applied by Fisher they had it in and to me in a week. They did everything they could to remedy the situation as quickly as possible, and took care of my transportation needs while my car was down.

I was able to get a new insurance plan for my new car on the same day. The car runs smooth and it's the cutest car. I love the changing colors around the speedometer!
