Alternate Transportation Update
IMPORTANT – Fisher Acura & Honda Service Changes Coming Soon
To Our Loyal Customers,
First, we want to say thank you for your customer service loyalty and that we very much appreciate you choosing Fisher Acura & Honda.
We would like to update you regarding changes that will be taking place effective November 18th, 2024, regarding alternate transportation when you drop your vehicle off for service.
In an effort to keep costs down when repairing your vehicle and dealing with the ever-increasing expense with various 3rd party vendors, we are removing our coverage of Uber & Lyft as an option for customer use.
HOWEVER, the following alternate transportation options are available to you:
- Take advantage of one of our many Honda & Acura Loaner Fleet vehicles (must be reserved in advance when making an appointment)
- Many workstations with available FREE Wi-Fi & Custom Hot Cafe drinks (suggested for repairs that require less than 3 hours to perform)
- Finding alternate ways for you to drop off vehicle with the help of friends and family and of course, to personally pay for Uber/Lyft (repairs requiring more than 3 hours to perform).
We understand that the third bullet item will be something new for our customers, but trust that you understand why we need to make this adjustment and can appreciate our efforts to keep costs as low as possible to extend to you.
